It’s Time for Registration!

We are gearing up for registration for the 2010-2011 school year. This is your opportunity to secure a place in the class that you want for your child next year. Some of the classes will fill up the first day that registration opens, so we encourage you to register early.


We are allowing the public to register on the same day as returning students for the Children's Center, so don’t miss out on a spot by delaying registration.
If you currently have a student enrolled in the Academy (K-6), you may enroll them any day between February 16-22 in the front office.
Registration for the Academy opens to the public on Wednesday, February 24.
Preschool Registration: Tuesday, February 23

Procedure to register new and existing students in the Children's Center (nursery-Pre K)

1. Go to the Gym on Tuesday, February 23, at 9 a.m.

2. Go through the class request line.

3. Pay your Registration Fees.

4. Have Enrollment Forms notarized.

5. Sign your FACTS re-enrollment agreement. New families will need to go online to register.

Since we are opening registration to the public on the same day as our current students (for the Children's Center), we are making available to current students only the opportunity to be first in line for registration. Numbers will be available in the school office starting at 8 a.m. We will begin calling numbers and registering students at 9 a.m. in the gym. It is not necessary to pick up a number early, merely an option.

Your pre-registration is complete once you have returned the Enrollment Forms, including the Medical Form signed by a doctor and signed your enrollment agreement with FACTS Tuition Management. Current families will have already paid May Tuition for this school year, making it convenient to have your Tuition Deposit for 10/11 deducted on May 5, 2010.

Kindergarten – 6th Grade Registration (for current students only): Tuesday, Feb. 16 – Monday, Feb. 22
Enrollment forms will be sent home to all current students on February 1.
(Academy Enrollment for the the Public Begins February 24.)
Procedure:
1. Return Enrollment Forms to the office.
2. Turn in $400.
3. Have your forms notarized.

Because of the need to make staffing, schedule, and facility plans, places will be reserved for families who are current on fees and tuition. Spaces are limited in both the Academy and Kindergarten.

*Registration total includes a $100 registration fee (per child) and a fall supply/curriculum fee (per class).
Afternoon Sessions for Nursery-PreK will still be available for our half-day classes at a cost of $8 per afternoon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Mondays require a full-year commitment.

Tuition Payment Options**
1 payment of yearly tuition in full by May 5, 2010.
or
2 installments of half of yearly tuition due May 5, 2010 and December 5, 2010.
or
10 monthly installments. A Tuition deposit is due on May 5. The remaining 9 installments are due August 2010 through April 2011.
Tuition payments will be automatically drafted from a bank account if an installment option is chosen. An additional fee of $41 will be added for the convenience of using an installment option. Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition Deposit is non-refundable after May 27. For students registering after the May payment, tuition can still be divided, but into fewer installments.
